She was previously Chief Operating Officer at Chargehound, which was acquired by PayPal, where the platform helped merchants including Uber and Airbnb recover more than $1 billion. Pallavi brings deep expertise across card and payments infrastructure, disputes, fraud and fintech partnerships, and holds a B.A. in Economics and Government from Dartmouth College.
