Moe Matar is the CTO of OnePay, a U.S. consumer fintech built on the belief that better money makes life better. OnePay’s vision is to build a financial services super app to help millions of Americans manage every aspect of their money.

Backed by Walmart and Ribbit Capital, OnePay is an all-in-one financial services app, offering a full suite of banking, credit, payments, investment, and crypto products. In addition to being available everywhere, OnePay partners closely with Walmart to acquire customers inside the retailer's digital and physical channels, as well as with employers and HR platforms to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees nationwide. Today, OnePay serves over 6 million monthly active customers, processes over $40 billion in annualized payment flow, has 600 employees across the U.S. and India, and was most recently valued at more than $4 billion.

Previously, Moe was the Global Head of Cloud at Citigroup. Prior to that, Moe served as Chief Technology Officer at Marcus by Goldman Sachs. During his tenure, he led the buildout of Goldman’s consumer platform.
