Martha is a global leader with extensive financial services expertise including risk management, investment banking, regulatory supervision, and FinTech. Martha is a member of the Board of Directors of Marqeta, Inc, a leading digital payments platform. Martha is a Senior Advisor and Executive Coach with BCG, and provides advisory independently to FinTech companies on strategy, scaling, talent, and IPO readiness, with a focus on AI and digital assets. Her banking experience includes senior roles at the Federal Reserve, Wells Fargo, and Santander. She is a member of the Milken FinTech Advisory Council. Martha is a Fellow of the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, holds an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from the School of Arts and Sciences. She is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
