Jillian is a Partner and Co-founder at Field Ventures. Prior to Field Ventures, Jillian was a Partner at Cowboy Ventures seed stage venture fund, and started her venture career at Anthemis, an early staged fintech venture fund.

Jillian received her BA in Economics from Yale, started her career in FIG Banking at Barclays, is a lifelong New Yorker and an avid runner.
