Eric Young is Nubank’s Chief Technology Officer. He joined the company on August 18, 2025, bringing extensive experience in driving the growth of technology platforms.

Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Snap Inc., where he led teams responsible for scaling infrastructure and delivering seamless, mobile-first experiences to hundreds of millions of users globally. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Engineering at Google for seven years, overseeing foundational elements of its technical infrastructure, including its job scheduling and resource management control plane, which ultimately powered Search, Ads, YouTube, and Google Cloud.

Eric also spent 15 years at Amazon, scaling enterprise systems and processes through senior roles across supply chain, fulfillment, personalization, and pricing. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
