Craig McLaughlin is the CEO of Finalytics.ai, a behavioural-intelligence platform helping financial institutions deliver personalised experiences across websites, applications and online banking. He founded the digital-strategy consultancy Extractable in 1999, building it into a nationally recognised firm serving organisations including Visa, Charles Schwab and Wells Fargo. Craig launched Finalytics.ai in 2021 to close the gap between financial institutions’ investment in data and the generic digital experiences many customers still receive.
