Brian Nelson is a partner at Cooley, where his practice focuses on national security regulation, economic sanctions, securities enforcement, corporate governance and government investigations. Before joining Cooley, he served as Under Secretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, overseeing the Office of Foreign Assets Control and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network.
